Sainte-Maxime is a lively town on the French Riviera. It is located on the north side of the bay of St. Tropez and is protected from the mistral by wooded hills. In the old town, opposite the harbour, there are shops, markets, restaurants, bars and cafes. Boats depart from the boulevard to Les Issambres, St Tropez and Port Grimaud, among others.
Sainte-Maxime has a coastline promenade with parks, pine trees, several beaches and a casino with its own beach. A sailing school is located on the west side. On the east side of the city you will find the beaches of La Nartelle, La Plage des Eléphants and La Garonette, all of which have water fun and jet skiing facilities. In addition, there are several smaller unsupervised beaches.
The vineyards you can visit, the beautiful roads in the inland, St Tropez, Gorges de Verdon, museums, Cannes, Nice and Monaco, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, a day at Ile de Porquerolle (very nice by boat).. …
Villa St. Maxime and therefore Cote d’Asoet are close to the Massif des Maures and the Esterel Mountains, with plenty of beautiful (cycling) roads and trails. Interesting variations between climbs, beautiful coastal roads, lovely villages, beautiful vineyards and most importantly, a wonderful climate all year round!
